Welcome to the Frank Garcia Mini Album Parcel Club! Here you will find all of the information on how to subscribe to this exclusive club. This monthly subscription is an exclusive mini-album project that will be delivered monthly to you. It will include an exclusive mini album project designed by Frank Garcia each month!
Each parcel will include an assortment of 12x12 papers or paper pads, flowers, embellishments, exclusive trims, laces and much more. Parcels will be limited in quantity each month.
We will take subscriptions to the club on the 1st-5th of each month. There will be a limited amount of subscriptions available. All subscriptions will be processed through Paypal subscriptions. You will be billed each month on the day you sign up. For example, if you sign up on the 1st of the month you will be billed on the 1st of every month. Parcels will ship on the 15th of the month. Sneak peeks of each parcel will be posted on our private Facebook Group and website on the 1st of the month. Please note, due to the extensive preparations and logistics of the program, we do not offer skipping or opting out of any parcels.
Subscriptions are offered in 3, 6 and 12 month terms.
The Parcel cost is $65 each month plus shipping.
We require 1 month notification if you wish to cancel your subscription. Any canceled subscriptions will incur a $50 cancellation fee if cancelled before the term is over. Please e-mail us at customerservice@frankgarciastudio.com to cancel a subscription.
Terms will be renewed at the end of the term you subscribe to. If you wish to end your subscription after your initial term is over you can e-mail us. Please email us before the 20th of the month, on the month your subscription ends in order to cancel.
If you do not contact us before the 20th, your subscription will continue until you cancel it. If you email us after the 20th, you will be responsbile for the following Parcel, and your subscription will be cancelled after said parcel has shipped.
If you would like to extend your current subscription, you don't need to do anything it will automatically renew.
Please note, if we do not hear from you after your initial subscription ends, your subscription will continue until cancelled.
Parcels will ship on the 15th of each month. At times due to product availability we may ship a few days later, we will notify the group if this occurs. You will receive a shipping notification through USPS with a tracking number. Please note all shipments in the USA will be shipped flat rate priority mail. Delivery times will vary by location. International orders will be shipped USPS international. Please allow additional delivery time for international subscriptions, at times local government custom agencies hold parcels, this is done randomly, and is not controlled by us. If your package is held for customs inspection, please allow additional delivery time. Although not common, it can happen from time to time with international parcels. Please note we are not responsible for taxes, duties or any customs fees for international countries.
Please VERIFY the shipping address on your Paypal account as that is the address that will be used for shipping. Any returned parcels will be re-shipped again at your expense.
You will receive a parcel with different products to create the album of the month. Each month the mini album will be different and will feature a variety of papers and embellishments. Expect to receive a selection of: 12x12 papers and/or paper pads, journaling cards, flowers, embellishments, stamps, albums, metal embellishments, trinkets, chains, vintage laces and trims, glitters and much more. Being an exclusive club, you will be the first to receive new items as they become available. Also included in the parcel will be full color instructions on how to assemble your mini album. Please note basic supplies (adhesives, paints, sprays, tools etc.) are not included in the parcel. A basic tool list will be sent with each parcel. Expect a variety of surfaces, one month it can be an album, the next a box!
