Shipping + Returns
 

  • Orders received after 12:00 PM PST will be shipped the next business day. Please note we only ship Monday - Saturday. Tracking numbers will be sent upon shipment.

  • We are happy to exchange your item if the product is defective or does not work as expected. We do not accept returns based on buyers remorse or mistakes on ordering, all sales are final. If a special exception is made you are responsible to ship the item back, once inspected if the item is in resalable condition a 20% restocking fee applies. Cut fabric, trim or lace yardage cannot be canceled or returned.

  • Please be certain that orders are shipped to a secure location where they will not be lost or stolen. Please watch your tracking confirmation and contact your local carrier for missing packages immediately upon stated delivery.

  • We cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses used when placing your order. Our system automatically sends to the address which is confirmed during checkout. We are happy to reship the order if the order is returned to us --- additional shipping charges that are required as a result of an incorrect address will be billed as a separate transaction.

  • Due to security alerts, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances, the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS may not honor their guaranteed delivery under rare extenuating circumstances. In the unlikely event that an order is lost, misdirected, or damaged in transit, you can contact the USPS or UPS directly. We do not have control of how packages are shipped/handled once they leave our facility.

  • We offer local pickup, please select local pickup when placing your order, please note pickup will be available 2 hours after the order has been placed. If you need your order sooner, please call the studio.

  • We ship USPS Domestic and International if you prefer a different shipping method please contact us prior to placing your order.

  • We accept all major credit cards VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. No checks please.

  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages after the package leaves our studio.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any orders due to product availability.

  • Any items marked as special order or pre-order will not ship immediately, please be mindful of any shipping dates before ordering.

  • If you receive your package and an item is damaged or missing, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package - customerservice@frankgarciastudio.com

  • We want you to be satisfied with your purchase if for any reason you are not happy, please contact us so we can rectify the situation.

  • All sales on our website are final, special exceptions must be approved and made within 14 days.
