Frequently Asked Questions:

How much crafting space will I have? We expect each person to have about 3 ½ feet of crafting space. Please pack smart when traveling to the event. We suggest bringing only what is needed for class during class time and once class is over if you want to crop you can bring other items into the classroom during the crop. Please note extra large wagons, excessive carts or unnecessary containers will not be allowed for the safety and comfort of all attendees, we appreciate your understanding.

Is my deposit refundable? Due to extensive planning the initial $200 deposit is non refundable or transferable.

Is the event transferable/Can I cancel my attendance? You can transfer your spot to another person, we will need to be notified ahead of time of any transfers and you will have to arrange the transfer of your spot (payments etc.). There are no cancellations. Due to extensive planning, we are unable to offer refunds. In the event that you are unable to attend, we will save your class kits and have them available for pickup in our studio in Upland California after the event.

What supplies do I need to bring? We will be sending a supply list to every attendee ahead of the event.

Is transportation included? No, transportation is not included. You must be able to arrive at the event site on your own.

By signing up for our event, you agree to release Frank Garcia Studio Inc. of all liabilities including any loss or damages of personal property, any physical or bodily damage (including death). You also agree to our terms and conditions outlined above and agree to the non-refundable policy. In the event you choose to not attend for any part of the event for any reason, we will not be issuing any refunds or credits of any kind. We thank you for your understanding.
