✨ your valentine’s soirée experience includes:

friday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm– galentine crop day
kick off the weekend by bringing your galentine and settling in for a peaceful, inspiring day in our studio. work on your favorite projects or begin something entirely new while enjoying a relaxed creative atmosphere—plus a sweet dessert treat to start the celebration.

saturday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm – signature mixed media class with frank garcia
spend the day immersed in a full mixed media workshop led by frank garcia, featuring exclusive illustrations and unique design elements created especially for this event. enjoy a thoughtfully prepared lunch, refreshments, and a delightful dessert as you craft and connect.

sunday – mini class with Andrea + make and take with sandra
wrap up the weekend with a charming mini class led by andrea, the perfect finishing touch to an unforgettable creative experience plus a bonus make and take project from Sandra. light snacks and refreshments will be provided.

💝 sweetheart extras
each attendee will receive a one-of-a-kind valentine goodie bag, filled with treats, along with special giveaways and surprise moments sprinkled throughout the weekend.

Frequently Asked Questions:

How much crafting space will I have? We expect each person to have about 3 ½ feet of crafting space. Please pack smart when traveling to the event. We suggest bringing only what is needed for class during class time and once class is over if you want to crop you can bring other items into the classroom during the crop.

Is the event transferable/Can I cancel my attendance? You can transfer your spot to another person, we will need to be notified ahead of time of any transfers and you will have to arrange the transfer of your spot (payments etc.). There are no cancellations. Due to extensive planning, we are unable to offer refunds. In the event that you are unable to attend, we will save your class kits and have them available for pickup in our studio in Upland California after the event.

What supplies do I need to bring? We will be sending a supply list to every attendee ahead of the event.

Is transportation included? No, transportation is not included. You must be able to arrive at the event site on your own.

By signing up for our event, you agree to release Frank Garcia Studio Inc. of all liabilities including any loss or damages of personal property, any physical or bodily damage (including death). You also agree to our terms and conditions outlined above and agree to the non-refundable policy. In the event you choose to not attend for any part of the event for any reason, we will not be issuing any refunds or credits of any kind. We thank you for your understanding.
